Shane Lewis
Born in Kansas and raised on Florida's Suncoast, Shane Lewis has called Sarasota home for virtually his entire life. That deep local knowledge, the neighborhoods, the nuances, the community, is something you simply can't replicate, and it's at the heart of everything he brings to every transaction.
Before real estate, Shane spent more than 30 years leading technology and operations for some of the country's largest organizations, managing complex systems and teams across thousands of employees globally. That background translates directly to his clients: meticulous attention to detail, calm under pressure, and a process-driven approach that keeps transactions on track from first conversation to closing table.
Shane holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Certified Waterfront Specialist (CWS) designations, with a particular focus on Siesta Key and the surrounding Sarasota market. Outside of real estate, he's a Boston Marathon finisher and Ironman triathlete who approaches every challenge with the same discipline and long-game thinking he brings to his clients. When he's not working or training, he's spending time with his wife, four children, and five grandchildren, or exploring somewhere new.
